Ollie's Wings

Hand your own phone to your child without handing over everything on it.

Pick a few apps, choose a PIN for the session, and hand it over. Your messages, your photos and your bank app stay out of reach until you end it.

How a session works

1

Pick the apps

Two or three is usually plenty. Your choice is remembered for next time.

2

Set a session PIN

A fresh code every time, so it can't be learned. It's the only way back out.

3

Hand it over

Fullscreen, no status bar, no way back to your home screen.

4

Type the PIN

Only you can end the session — and you get your phone back as you left it.

quiet mode — portrait phone

Quiet mode keeps the noise out

Notifications are silenced for the length of the session, so a work message never lands mid-cartoon and nobody taps something they shouldn't.

Everything switches back the moment the session ends.

Free forever, and you can read every line

Wings is not a trial or a free tier of the launcher. It is a separate app, given away, with its source published so you can check exactly what it does with your phone.

No Google services are compiled into it — it runs the same from F-Droid as from the Play Store.
